The quantity available that is displayed for any given item is based on the available inventory in your default warehouse, as determined by our system. If you would like to order an item where the quantity shows Will Advise or otherwise appears insufficient, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-445-4017 or click here to e-mail us, as there may be more stock available in another location or available to be slit, cut, or fabricated from another product. If we do not have the product available, we may be able to drop ship the product or if required place a rush order from our supplier. Customer Service will be able to assist you.
Pricing
Although every effort is made to keep our pricing updated, if a product pricing states to Please Call, you should contact Customer Service at 1-800-445-4017 or click here to e-mail us. If the pricing shows Please Call, you will not be able to add that item to your cart. We may not have determined standard pricing for this item or size. Customer Service will be able to assist you.
Required Ship Dates
There are two types of Required Ship Dates on the Shopping Card page.
Required Ship Date for Order - At the top of the Shopping Cart is one labled "Required Ship Date for Order", this date is for the entire order. Enter the date here that you would like us to ship the order. Make sure to allow sufficient time for the order to arrive at your location on time based on your preferred carrier.
Required Ship Date for Item - At the far right of the list of items is a column labled "Required Ship Date for Item", this date is for that particular item. Enter the date here that you would like us to ship that item. Make sure to allow sufficient time for the order to arrive at your location on time based on your preferred carrier.
What Do the Buttons at the Bottom Do?
Update Cart - Click this button if you have changed any quantities or required dates, checked to delete any items or added any Item Notes to your cart. This will update your order before the final process.
Continue Shopping - Click this button to continue shopping and add more items to your cart. You will be returned to the last page you were on.
Empty Cart - Click this button to remove all of the items from your cart.
Add To List - Use this button to add items to your favorites list. First, decide which items you want to add to your Favorites List by checking the box for that line item in the "Add to List" column. Once you have selected the items you wish to add, click the "Add to List" button, and you will be forwarded to the Favorites List page. Here you can select a list from the dropdown of existing lists, or create a new Favorites List by typing an name in the box named "New Favorites List Name". All of the tiems you checked in your shopping cart will be added to the list you choose or create.
Checkout - Clicking on this button takes you to the Shipping and Payment page.
